How it works: You reserve a Five Arrows Farm quarter beef share today with a $850 deposit. We reserve one of our premium angus steers for your family. Our USDA-certified butcher will process your beef and pack it in individual vacuum-sealed packages. Once your beef is ready, we will send you an invoice to collect the rest of the payment ($850). Then we will schedule pick up or delivery.
